The A500 Series Dual-Circuit Push Button Switch is designed for industrial control panels, automation equipment, electrical cabinets, machinery control systems, and OEM applications that require reliable dual-circuit switching. Compared with standard single-circuit push button switches, the A500 Series provides a DPDT contact structure with two common terminals, two normally open terminals, and two normally closed terminals. This allows one button to control two separate circuits or send two signals at the same time, making it suitable for more complex control systems.

This series is available in 16mm, 19mm, and 22mm panel mounting sizes, giving engineers and equipment manufacturers flexible options for different panel layouts. The 16mm version uses a nylon housing and plastic button cap, making it suitable for compact equipment and lightweight control panels. The 19mm and 22mm versions feature stainless steel housings and stainless steel button caps, providing a stronger appearance and better durability for industrial control panels and machinery interfaces.

The A500 Series is available with illuminated and non-illuminated options. The illuminated version includes separate LED positive and negative terminals, while the switch contacts remain independent from the LED circuit. Standard LED voltage is 2.4V, and other LED voltages can be customized with resistors according to customer requirements. LED colors include red, green, blue, yellow, and white, making the switch suitable for status indication, power control, equipment operation, and warning signal functions.

Both latching and momentary functions are available. Latching, also known as maintained action, keeps the circuit state after the button is pressed. Momentary action returns the switch to its original state after release. This allows the A500 Series to be used in start/stop systems, control signal circuits, equipment reset functions, power indication, and multi-signal switching applications.

For connection options, the A500 Series can be supplied with standard terminals or wire leads. All push-button switches are IP67 rated and can be used in harsh environments.
