AX Series Push Button Switch is a compact non-illuminated momentary push button switch designed for industrial control panels, machinery equipment, control handles, vehicle control systems, and OEM electrical control applications. The series is available in 12mm and 16mm mounting sizes, with 1NC and 1NO+1NC contact configurations to support normally closed circuits, control signal switching, and applications requiring both normally open and normally closed contact logic.
The 12mm version is designed with a nylon housing and 2.8mm solder lug terminals, making it suitable for compact panel layouts and equipment control interfaces. The 16mm version offers 2.8mm solder lug terminals and sealed wire lead options, with optional metal housing for applications requiring stronger panel mounting or a more durable appearance. For custom projects, stainless steel housing can also be supplied.
With IP67 front panel sealing, silver-plated contacts, brass nut, nylon button cap, and sealing ring structure, AX Series provides reliable operation in demanding control environments where dust, moisture, vibration, and frequent operation may be present. The series is rated at 2A 250VAC / 4A 125VAC, with a mechanical life of 200,000 cycles minimum and an electrical life of 50,000 cycles minimum.
AX Series is especially suitable for OEM customers looking for compact momentary push button switches with normally closed or 1NO+1NC contact options.
