T500 Series Waterproof Toggle Switch

The T500 Series Sealed Toggle Switch is designed for industrial control panels, construction machinery, marine systems, and other applications requiring reliable switching performance with front panel environmental protection. As a professional-grade sealed toggle switch, T500 Series combines IP67 front panel sealing structure, a corrosion-resistant metal lever, a durable nylon housing, suitable for dusty, humid, and harsh operating environments.

This series is available single-pole and double-pole, with 2-positions and 3-positions functions such as ON-OFF, ON-ON, ON-OFF-ON, single momentary, and double momentary.

The sealing structure is designed around the metal toggle lever, pin, and bushing area, helping protect the front side of the panel from dust, moisture, and splashing water when properly installed. With an IP67 front panel sealing rating, the T500 Series is suitable for equipment used in dusty, humid, outdoor, or moderately harsh operating environments.

The switch housing is made of durable nylon material. The brass chrome-plated lever provides good resistance to moisture, corrosion, and oxidation, making the switch suitable for industrial equipment, marine panels, agricultural machinery, construction vehicles, and outdoor electrical control systems. The contact uses silver contacts for stable conductivity.

The T500 Series is rated at 15A 250VAC / 20A 125VAC. Custom versions with 25A and 30A current ratings are also available for specific project requirements.

Mechanical life of 50,000 cycles min and electrical life 20,000 cycles min, the T500 Series provides long service life and stable operation in industrial environments. The operating temperature range is -25°C to +85°C, customizable low-temperature option of -40°C to +85°C for outdoor or cold-region applications.

T500 Series is designed for panel mount 12mm mounting hole and standard M12 × 1 thread. Custom thread options such as M12 × 0.75 and 15/32-32 thread are available upon request. Multiple terminal types can be supplied, including solder terminals, screw terminals, quick-connect 6.3mm terminals, epoxy-potted wire leads terminals, and bolt terminals.

Optional configurations are available to meet different OEM and project requirements, including actuator style, locking lever design, terminal type, wire specification, contact material, labeling. Locking lever toggle switch option is available for applications where accidental operation needs to be reduced and operator safety needs to be improved.
