The T500LM Series Sealed Locking Lever Toggle Switch is designed for demanding control applications where reliable switching, environmental sealing, and protection against accidental operation are required. This series adds a locking lever mechanism that requires intentional operation before switching, helping reduce unintended actuation caused by vibration, impact, or operator misoperation. The T500LM Series IP67 front panel sealing, with an O-ring supplied for sealed panel mounting. The locking lever bushing also includes a sealing structure to improve protection around the actuator area. For toggle switch with potted wire leads, the terminal side can provide full waterproof protection, making the switch suitable for equipment exposed to moisture, dust, vibration, and outdoor operating conditions. Built with an aluminum alloy locking lever, nylon housing, brass mounting nut, and silver contacts, this sealed locking lever toggle switch is engineered for stable electrical performance and long-term mechanical reliability. The standard electrical rating is 15A 250VAC / 20A 125VAC. The T500LM series is available in common single and double-pole , including SPST,SPDT,DPST,DPDT, with maintained and momentary operation options.
