T601A Series Push Switch

The T601A Series Push Switch is a compact, low-current momentary push switch designed for control panels, instrument panels, electronic equipment, and other applications requiring reliable manual signal control. As part of the T600 switch family, this series provides a simple and practical solution for OEM control systems where a small panel-mounted push switch is required.

The T601A Series is available with single-pole momentary functions, including OFF-(ON) and ON-(OFF) circuit options. The momentary operation makes the switch suitable for temporary signal activation, reset functions, auxiliary control, testing circuits, and other applications where the circuit only needs to be changed while the button is being pressed.

With a rated load of 1A 250V, the T601A Series is intended for low-current control applications rather than high-power load switching. It is suitable for signal circuits, control circuits, and equipment interface panels where compact size, stable operation, and clear tactile actuation are important. The switch is designed for 12mm panel mounting, allowing it to be integrated into compact panels while maintaining compatibility with common industrial and equipment control layouts.
The series is available with different button styles to match various panel designs. Button options include metal button, black plastic button, and red plastic button. These options allow engineers and equipment manufacturers to select the right appearance and operating feel based on the function of the switch, panel design, and user interface requirements. The black and red plastic buttons are useful for functional differentiation, while the metal button provides a more durable and professional panel appearance.

For connection options, the T601A Series can be supplied with solder lug terminals or AWG18 wire leads with 160mm length. Solder lug terminals are suitable for direct wiring or assembly into standard control panels, while wire lead versions can help simplify installation in compact equipment, enclosed panels, or customized wiring harnesses. The switch uses silver contacts to support stable electrical performance in low-current switching applications.

The standard T601A switch body is non-waterproof. For applications requiring limited front-side panel protection, an optional waterproof cap can be installed to help provide front panel sealing around the actuator area. This option is useful when the panel side may be exposed to dust, moisture, or occasional splashing. However, the switch itself should still be described as a non-waterproof push switch unless the complete assembly has been tested to a defined IP rating.
