The Z800 Series waterproof LED indicator light is a compact metal panel indicator designed for visual status indication in industrial control equipment, electrical panels, machinery, vehicles, marine systems, instruments, power equipment, and customized OEM assemblies. The series is available in 6mm, 8mm, 12mm, and 16mm mounting sizes. This wide size range allows engineers and equipment manufacturers to select a suitable LED panel indicator for compact control units as well as larger operator panels and equipment enclosures.

Each Z800 metal LED indicator can be configured with a flat head, small flat head, convex head, or high head. The different head profiles provide more flexibility for panel appearance, viewing angle, available installation space, and indication visibility. A silver metal housing is supplied as the standard option, while a black metal housing can be customized for equipment requiring a darker control-panel appearance or a coordinated enclosure design.

The Z800 Series supports rated voltage options from 2V to 250V and has a rated current of 20mA. Available single LED colors include red, green, yellow, blue, and white. Yellow-green and emerald-green LEDs are available as green color options. For equipment requiring multiple status signals from one panel position, red/green two-color and RGB three-color versions are available in 8mm, 12mm, and 16mm sizes. Both common-anode and common-cathode configurations can be supplied according to the customer’s circuit design.

Multiple connection options make the Z800 suitable for different production and wiring methods. Available versions include pin solder terminals, blade solder terminals, straight pin terminals, and AWG22 wire leads. The standard wire lead length is 200mm and can be discussed for customized projects. The 8# straight pin terminal version supports a maximum rated voltage of 2.4V, while the other terminal types can be selected within the wider available voltage range.

Solder-terminal and pin-terminal configurations provide IP67 front panel sealing when correctly mounted. This protects the exposed front section of the LED pilot light from dust and water ingress while installed in the equipment panel. For applications requiring rear sealing as well, the wire lead version is manufactured with a fully sealed structure. This distinction allows buyers to select the correct protection level instead of paying for or specifying a sealing structure that the application does not require.

The metal housing, brass mounting nut, rubber sealing ring, multiple head forms, broad voltage selection, and multi-color LED options make the Z800 Series suitable for both standard industrial equipment and customized OEM control systems. It can be used as a power indicator, operating-status light, warning light, fault indicator, signal light, or equipment mode indicator. The threaded panel-mount design also helps provide secure installation and straightforward replacement during equipment production or maintenance.

Compared with the Z600 Series, the Z800 Series provides a broader selection of mounting sizes, head styles, terminal structures, and LED configurations. It also supports red/green two-color and RGB three-color indication, as well as a fully sealed wire lead version. These additional options make the Z800 a more flexible choice for OEM customers who need one indicator-light family to cover several panel sizes, voltage requirements, visual signals, and installation methods.
