The customer requires a locking lever toggle switch for a special-purpose vehicle control system. Standard products cannot fully meet the requirements in terms of locking mechanism structure, operating feel, installation dimensions, and supply conditions, so it is necessary to redevelop the mechanical structure and molds.
Based on the customer's control logic, installation space, and operational requirements, TOOWEI carried out customized development of the locking lever, handle, housing, and internal structure, and produced molds and samples. The samples were mainly used to verify the locking and release actions, operating force, switching consistency, service life, and electrical performance, after which the project proceeded to the production preparation stage.
